Brush your teeth as usual. Crush one tablet between your teeth, let it mix with your saliva and swish around your mouth for 30 seconds.

Spit out and rinse your mouth once or twice with water.

Do not swallow. Examine your teeth. The coloured stains indicate where plaque is. Brush teeth again until the stains have disappeared.
