Star Dust shimmer powder is a great multi-purpose highlighter. Use on shoulders, décolletage & cheekbones for extra shimmer. Shimmer powder can also be used sparingly as an all over finishing powder or even in the corners of eyes to freshen you up and give you a more wide awake look.
