The Tint Developer, made with 2% hydrogen peroxide, is essential for creating a long-lasting tint colour. Suitable for lashes and brows. Gentle and effective formula.

• This product requires a patch test.
• Mix with the Tint Developer as required and apply to brows for the recommended tinting development time.
• The tint can be performed as a separate treatment, or as part of the Hi Brow Lamination or Hi Brow Classic treatments.
