Apply a 1-2mm layer of GEHWOL Foot Cream to the foot soles, heels and toes before long marches or hikes. As you rub GEHWOL Foot Cream onto the foot, the soft cream turns into the white protective layer which has proven itself millions of times after a few minutes. It is recommended to wear thicker wool or cotton socks, and solid shoes.
It's best to apply GEHWOL Foot Cream when you are close to a sink so that you can easily remove the cream from your hands afterwards. Use a refreshing wipe for this purpose while you are out and about. Socks also need to be ready. Repeated use is recommended to harden the feet for longer times and protect them against soreness.
GEHWOL Foot Cream contains no lubricating fats and is removed from socks and other textiles without residue even by washing them in cold water.
