Start at your feet and, brushing in an upwards motion, head up towards the heart. Focus on long, upwards strokes and circular motions, paying particular attention to areas prone to cellulite. Follow this with our Super Firming Body Oil. Warm between palms and massage firmly into skin until absorbed, concentrating on dry patches or stretch marks. Use AM or PM after bathing. Avoid during pregnancy.
